Xchange Ideas Candeo Consulting is owned by Nicci Statham, who is also the principal consultant. Nicci has been a consultant for over 6 years and has extensive experience in the private, public and third sectors. Nicci has a finance, project and strategic management background and is an accredited member of the Association of Project Management. Nicci is also a member of the East Mentoring Forum.
